FORGE Coaching is built from lived experience and evidence-based principles.

James rebuilt his life after a severe mental health breakdown — and now teaches others the same tools that helped him regain strength, purpose, and identity.

This isn't motivational fluff. It's honest, grounded work rooted in structure, resilience, and hope.
